艾默生过程管理（Emerson Process Management) 是艾默生的一员，是世界上为工业企业提供自动化产品和服务的领导者，其服务对象包括炼油、石油天然气、化工、电力、纸浆与造纸、食品与饮料、制药及其他行业。目前在中国设立了7个办事处，3个独资公司，3个合资厂和2个客户响应中心。
艾默生过程管理（天津）阀门有限公司是艾默生过程管理旗下的独资工厂，坐落在武清开发区。主要生产E系列、GX系列、A41系列等控制调节阀。根据工厂发展的需求，现诚招以下职位：
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for periodical closing and reporting based on Local GAAP and US GAAP.
Ø Provides financial analysis/advice to management to enable them to make strategic business decisions on resource optimization, cost reduction to enhance profitability of company.
Ø Review the periodical financial performance.
Ø Collects, analyzes and produces reports of various financial information for management review and decision making to attain superior financial results.
Ø Conducts special studies/projects and recommends solutions to complex accounting issues, requiring a thorough knowledge of accounting concepts and systems.
Ø To work with HQ to develop plant financial strategy
Ø To lead, motivate and provide direction for the finance team
Qualifications:
Ø Highly competent in financial analysis. Must have thorough understanding of business and financial operations.
Ø Able to interact effectively at all levels of management and act as an internal financial consultant to management.
Ø Able to assess the financial needs of the organization. Initiate new programs and lead project teams to meet these needs.
Ø Bachelor degree major in accounting or finance with minimum 8 years of substantial experience and technical knowledge of western accounting in a manufacturing environment within at least 3 years working experience as Finance manager
Ø Preferably have CMA/CPA certification.
Ø Fluent in both English and Chinese spoken language skill
Ø Knowledgeable with MRP/ERP system, good computer skills.
