Today, Degussa operates in China a total of twenty-three companies with production sites in Anqiu, Beijing, Changchun, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Huzhou, Jining, Liaoyang, Nanping, Nanning, Nanping, Qingdao, Rizhao, Shanghai, Taiwan, and Yingkou. Location: Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales budget and identify business opportunities and implement the required measures to succeed
Take responsibility for key customers, clarify customers\' requirements and take appropriate action.
Develop and manage agents and distributors through target setting, measures, performance control, etc.
Update market intelligence in order to assess market/customer potentials, market trends and competition
Put in place business plan for long-term growth, develop sales strategies and define targets by distributors and customers.
Regular visit of key accounts and markets together with our agents.
Handle quotations, conclude frame contracts, prioritize orders, participate/conduct trade shows, prepare/organize sales meetings
Collect sales & marketing information and generate sales reports, market reports.
Requirements
Bachelor degree (with 1 year or more experiences or additional education in business)
Fluent English (University English Band 6) required
Good listening and understanding skills/empathy.
Ability to communicate at all levels from feedmill to management.
Competent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Team working spirits, Self-motivated, creative and target oriented
Open and straightforward
Responsible with good sense of urgency
Willing to traveling
